DropMandi is a Pakistan-based digital marketplace platform that connects Buyers, Sellers, and Dropshippers. DropMandi provides technology infrastructure to facilitate commerce we are NOT a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

This Agreement expressly supersedes prior agreements between the Parties. By using DropMandi you accept the latest version of these Terms available at dropmandi.com/terms.php.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be a Pakistani national or legal resident with valid CNIC
- Must provide accurate, current and complete information
- One account per person multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
- Sellers and Dropshippers must complete KYC verification
- Corporate sellers must have valid business registration
2.2 Account Responsibilities
- Keep your password secure do not share with anyone
- You are responsible for ALL activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at customercare@dropmandi.com
- Keep your contact information, bank details and address updated
- DropMandi is not responsible for losses due to compromised credentials
2.3 KYC Requirements
- KYC is mandatory for Sellers and Dropshippers to receive payouts
- Accepted documents: CNIC (front & back), selfie with CNIC
- Business sellers: additionally require business registration documents
- Documents must be genuine submission of fake documents is a criminal offence under PECA 2016
- DropMandi reserves the right to reject any KYC application without explanation
3. Marketplace Agreement
DropMandi operates as a commission agent for Sellers. By listing products on DropMandi, the Seller appoints DropMandi as their agent to accept orders and payments on their behalf, subject to these Terms.
3.1 Nature of Relationship
- DropMandi is a marketplace facilitator not the seller of products
- All contracts for sale are between Buyer and Seller directly
- DropMandi processes payments on behalf of the Seller
- DropMandi deducts its platform fee before remitting payment to Seller
- The relationship between DropMandi and Seller is that of principal and agent
3.2 Platform Policies
Platform policies are incorporated as part of this Agreement. Due to ongoing platform improvement, policies may be updated with reasonable notice to registered users. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
3.3 Platform Rights
- DropMandi may delist any product or Seller at its discretion
- DropMandi may modify commission rates with 14 days written notice
- DropMandi may use subcontractors without prior notice
- DropMandi reserves the right to feature, promote or demote any listing
4. Buyer Terms
- Buyers must be genuine individuals or businesses intending to purchase
- Orders once placed are binding cancellation only before seller confirmation
- Provide accurate delivery address DropMandi is not responsible for failed delivery due to wrong address
- Inspect goods upon delivery and report issues within 24 hours
- COD orders must be paid in full to courier at delivery refusal may result in account restriction
- Repeated order cancellations or refusals may result in account suspension
- Do not attempt to purchase prohibited items
- Do not engage in fraudulent chargebacks or false dispute claims
5. Seller Terms
5.1 Seller Types & Tiers

Platform fees decrease as sellers grow through tiers based on order volume, sales value, ratings, and cancellation rate. Refer to your Seller Dashboard for current fee rate.
5.2 Seller Obligations
- List only products you own or are authorized to sell
- Provide accurate product descriptions, images and prices
- All listed prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes
- Maintain sufficient stock listing out-of-stock items is prohibited
- Ship orders within 48 hours of confirmation
- Respond to buyer queries within 24 hours
- Complete KYC before receiving payouts
- NTN number required for Sole Proprietor and Corporate sellers
5.3 Product Listings
- All listings subject to admin review and approval
- Images must be clear, accurate and genuine product photos
- SKU code is mandatory for all products
- Minimum 1 unit stock required for active listings
- AI-assisted listing tool (Arfi Studio) is available free of charge
5.4 Flash Sales & Discounts

Child accounts operate under parent seller's responsibility. Parent seller is liable for all activity of child accounts.
6. Dropshipper Terms
- Dropshippers book orders on behalf of buyers through the DropMandi platform
- Earn a share of DropMandi's platform fee amount varies by tier
- Cannot contact the seller directly all communication through DropMandi platform
- Responsible for customer relationship and order follow-up
- Cannot misrepresent products accurate information must be shared with customers
- Mobile messaging catalogue must not include misleading claims
6.1 Dropshipper Tier & Earnings

Dropshipper commission is paid after order is marked as Delivered and verified. Payout within 3-5 business days.
7. Platform Fee & Payments
7.1 Platform Fee Structure
DropMandi charges sellers a platform service fee on every completed sale. The fee is based on seller type and tier:

7.2 Payout Terms
- Payouts processed within 3-5 business days after order delivery confirmation
- Minimum payout amount: Rs 500
- KYC approval required before any payout
- Bank account must be registered in seller's own name
- Payouts withheld during active disputes or investigations
- All payouts made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- DropMandi not liable for bank delays after payment is processed
7.3 Payment Processing
DropMandi accepts and processes all payments from buyers on behalf of sellers. Payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa. Commissions are deducted from the Listed Price before remitting to the Seller.
7.4 Shipping
- Free shipping on orders above Rs 2,000
- Standard shipping: Rs 250 on orders below Rs 2,000
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless item is defective
- COD collection fees charged by couriers are separate from platform fee
8. Tax Obligations
8.1 Seller Tax Responsibility
- Sellers are solely responsible for calculating and paying all applicable taxes
- This includes but is not limited to: Income Tax, Withholding Tax (WHT), Sales Tax (GST), and Provincial Service Tax
- Sellers must file their own tax returns with FBR
- NTN registration is required for Sole Proprietor and Corporate sellers
- Sellers must maintain their own financial records for tax purposes
8.2 Earnings Statements
DropMandi provides monthly Earnings Statements that sellers can download from their dashboard. These statements show gross sales, platform fees deducted, and net payout. Sellers may share these statements with their Chartered Accountants for tax filing purposes.
8.3 GST & Sales Tax
If you are registered for Sales Tax with FBR (have STRN), you are responsible for collecting and depositing GST on your sales directly. DropMandi does not collect GST on behalf of sellers. The Listed Price you set must include any GST you are required to charge.
8.4 Disclaimer
DropMandi is not a tax advisor. Tax laws in Pakistan change frequently. Consult a Chartered Accountant for advice specific to your situation. DropMandi shall not be liable for any tax obligations of sellers or dropshippers.
9. Prohibited Items & Activities
9.1 Prohibited Products
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition or explosives of any kind
- Drugs, narcotics or controlled substances
- Alcohol or alcoholic beverages
- Tobacco products without proper PNRA license
- Counterfeit, fake or replica branded goods
- Adult content or products of a sexual nature
- Any items that violate Pakistani law
- Stolen goods or goods of uncertain origin
- Live animals or endangered species products
- Prescription medicines without valid pharmacy license (DRAP registered)
- Items subject to import restrictions without proper documentation
- Pirated software, movies, music or digital content
9.2 Prohibited Activities
- Price manipulation or artificial inflation of product prices
- Fake reviews, review manipulation or incentivized reviews
- Multiple accounts or identity fraud
- Money laundering through platform transactions (see AML Policy)
- Phishing, scamming or defrauding buyers, sellers or DropMandi
- Spamming or unsolicited commercial communication
- Hacking or attempting to breach platform security
- Using DropMandi data for competing platforms
- Circumventing platform fees by transacting outside DropMandi
- False KYC documents or identity misrepresentation
- Coordinated manipulation of platform algorithms
10. Returns & Refunds
10.1 Return Policy
- Return window: 7 days from delivery date
- Item must be in original condition with original packaging
- Buyer must provide clear photo/video evidence of defect or issue
- Return request must be submitted through the DropMandi platform
- Return shipping cost borne by seller if item is defective or wrong item sent
- Return shipping cost borne by buyer for change-of-mind returns
10.2 Refund Processing
- Wallet credit: Within 24-48 hours of return approval
- Bank refund: Within 5-7 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless item is defective
- Platform fee is non-refundable on approved sales
10.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products made to order
- Perishable goods (food, plants etc.)
- Digital products or software after download/activation
- Intimate apparel and hygiene products (for health reasons)
- Items damaged due to buyer negligence or misuse
- Products returned after 7-day window
11. Disputes & Complaints
- All disputes must be filed within 7 days of the incident
- Use the Complaint system in your dashboard to file disputes
- DropMandi acts as mediator not as arbitrator or judge
- Both parties must provide evidence to support their claim
- DropMandi's decision in disputes is final and binding
- Disputes not resolved by DropMandi may be escalated to courts in Lahore, Pakistan
11.1 Dispute Timeline

12. Account Suspension & Termination
12.1 Grounds for Suspension
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation of any kind
- KYC documents expired without renewal within 30 days of notice
- 90+ days of complete account inactivity (dormant accounts)
- Non-response to Request for Information (RFI) within 30 days
- Multiple verified complaints from buyers or sellers
- Consistently poor performance metrics (cancellation rate, ratings)
- Legal order or regulatory requirement from Pakistani authorities
- Listing or selling prohibited items
- Circumventing platform fees
12.2 Appeal Process
- Email customercare@dropmandi.com with your DM ID
- Include reason for appeal and supporting evidence
- DropMandi will respond within 5 business days
- DropMandi's decision on appeal is final
12.3 On Termination
- Wallet balances paid out after 30-day investigation period
- Outstanding amounts, penalties or claims deducted from final payout
- KYC data retained as per Pakistani regulatory requirements (7 years)
- Active orders must be fulfilled before account closure
13. Intellectual Property
- DropMandi name, logo, platform design and code are our intellectual property
- Sellers retain ownership of their product images and content
- By listing on DropMandi, sellers grant us a non-exclusive license to display, promote and market their content on our platform and marketing channels
- Do not copy DropMandi's design, code, algorithms or content
- Do not use DropMandi's brand for unauthorized purposes
- Report IP violations to customercare@dropmandi.com
- DropMandi will cooperate with legitimate IP infringement claims
14. Limitation of Liability
- DropMandi is a marketplace platform we facilitate transactions but are not a party to them
- We are not liable for product quality disputes between buyers and sellers
- Maximum liability to any user is limited to the platform fee received on their specific transaction
- We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss or force majeure events
- We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform
- We are not liable for losses due to user error, account compromise or third-party actions
- We are not liable for courier delays, lost shipments or damage in transit (beyond our control)
- We are not liable for any tax obligations of sellers, dropshippers or buyers
15. Privacy & Data
- We collect personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
- Your data is stored on secure servers in compliance with Pakistani data protection laws
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
- KYC documents are retained for 7 years as required by Pakistani financial regulations
- Transaction data retained for 7 years for audit and legal compliance
- You may request deletion of your account data subject to legal retention requirements
- We use cookies for session management, analytics and platform improvement
- By using DropMandi you consent to our cookie usage as described in our Privacy Policy
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan
- Applicable laws include: PECA 2016, E-Commerce Policy 2019, Consumer Protection Act, Contract Act 1872, Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002
- Jurisdiction: Courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- Language: English version is authoritative in case of dispute or inconsistency
- DropMandi may update these Terms at any time continued use constitutes acceptance
- Material changes will be notified via email to registered users
17. Facebook Login & Meta Integration
17.1 Data Accessed
- Public Profile: Your name and profile picture only
- Email Address: Your primary Facebook email only
- We do NOT access: friends list, timeline, messages, phone, birthday, or any other permission
17.2 How Facebook Data is Used
- Create and manage your DropMandi account
- Pre-fill your registration form for convenience
- Account identity verification and security
- Send order and account notifications via your email
- NEVER used for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties
17.3 Facebook Data Deletion Rights
Request deletion anytime via: (1) Email customercare@dropmandi.com with subject "Facebook Data Deletion Request" (2) Revoke at Facebook App Settings (3) Dashboard → Account Settings → Delete Account. We permanently delete all Facebook-sourced data within 30 days. Compliant with Meta Data Deletion Requirements and GDPR.
Facebook Login is entirely optional — you can use email/phone registration instead. See Meta’s Privacy Policy for Meta’s own data practices.
18. Grievance Officer
As required by applicable regulations, DropMandi has designated a Grievance Officer for handling complaints and data-related requests:
